Approached via an A-road then about half a mile on to a B-road. Go down the hill into the village. The Nook is the back half of the double fronted house. The front of the house is called Inglenook (43143). Go through the gateway next door to the playground. There are 3 white garages behind the house. Parking for Inglenook is on the tarmac area in front of the first garage. Please leave enough space between your vehicle and the playground fence for the owners of the cottage and garage behind Inglenook to reach their properties. There are 2 entrances to The Nook. The back door is on the back wall of the house facing the garages. Turn right at the end of the garages. There is a short distance between the parking space and this door over uneven tarmac. There is a concrete step approximately 7.5cms (6") up to the door and a shallow threshold. The second entrance is at the side of the property. Go through the garden gate up a shallow step approximately 10cms (4") and onto a paved patio. The side door is about 3 metres away from the gate. There is a shallow step and narrow threshold into the kitchen. The ground floor comprises a large kitchen/diner/family room. The kitchen area has a tiled floor, laminate worktops and a low level oven. The lounge area has laminate flooring. There is a TV with teletext and some audio visual equipment, all operated by remote control. Upstairs there is a fully tiled bathroom/shower/whb/wc. The stairs, landing and bedrooms are carpeted in soft piled carpet. All rooms are decorated in light colours and well lit (natural and artificial lighting). There is a walled, patio garden with planted borders to the side of the house. Public Transport. There is an hourly bus (No. 349) to Tenby or Pembroke/Haverfordwest. The bus shelter is at the entrance to the playground about 30metres from The Nook.
We had a very enjoyable stay. Love being in the centre of the village, fairly close to the beach and castle. This is our second visit this year!
The Cottage is warm and comfy, close to the beach pub and cafe
