Loveston Grange consists of combining the 2 charming stone cottages of Loveston School House and Loveston Lodge, by opening the interlinking doors to give ample space for 2 families or one large extended family to holiday together. They are beautifully converted along with 2 other cottages from what was originally the village school in Loveston surrounded by rolling countryside, it is only 7 miles from the bustling seaside town of Saundersfoot.
There is an enclosed garden with gravel patio and steps up to a raised lawn, which is ideal for dining alfresco on a summer’s evening. The first compact kitchen leads through to the light and airy sitting/dining room with its vaulted ceiling and beams, French doors open to the enclosed garden. Some original features have been retained lending character which compliments the quality furnishings, while tiled and wooden floors offer practicality. There are 2 bedrooms, a wet room and bathroom all on the ground floor. The interlinking door leads through to another spacious kitchen/diner and dual aspect sitting room with super rural views.
Stairs lead up to 2 further bedrooms and bathroom above each with lovely rural views. Enjoy relaxing with a drink or an alfresco meal on the front terrace on a summer’s evening as you soak up the wonderful view over the fields, the sunsets are often glorious.
